Yep, that's what I was trying to get across, that it was an ability they had along, but on the border it manifested and showed how powerful it really was in a new and interesting way. I was worried I hadn't gotten that across clearly because it was 5:30AM by the time I finished!

Congrats to everyone, and seriously: thanks for making my first competition as awesome as it was! Kat (seqkat) is getting her judgings in to me tomorrow, and avemonster already got hers in. So results will be tomorrow! No need to worry. You've both produced amazing entries time and time again.

I also wanted to say well done to absolutely everyone involved in the competition, we had some fantastic girls right from the start, and if the next Season is only half as good, it'll still be an amazing competition!

It's going to be fun watching you lot have to judge, I have to say, there have been times when I've felt like flipping a coin for a score. That's why I always give half-points, because sometimes it has to be that close! It's been a tough job, judging all these lovely girls. But fun, of course. Either way, it'll be amusing that you guys have to do it

RESULTS ARE IN!! Wow, this is SUPER close. Like, really. Really super close. TENTH OF A POINT close. Shows you how much we love May Belle and Alithiel, Nathan and Bitsy

In first, by one-tenth of a point, is Bitsy and Alithiel with 32.8 points. ChickenSensei and May Belle followed so closely at 32.7 points. (This is out of 35 points.)

I can't believe how awesome this competition was, and I'm going to make... um, find someone to make banners for each of you, and just a head's up, I'll be wanting both Alithiel and May Belle

Wow. I knew it was going to be close once I'd finished mine, but I wasn't expecting that close! Congratulations Bitsy and Alithiel! You did an awesome job throughout, and it's really nice that it wasn't a typical, human girl that won!

And Nathan and May-Belle too, again, an amazing job done there, May-Belle was adorable from start to finish (even though her name changed ), and the family built up around her only added to the charm.

Two really different, but really good finalists, so I think the closeness of the results is merited, although it's obviously a little odd!
